My OH's veggie. She had to go to the shop next door and get a microwaved macaroni cheese.

There was literally nothing on the menu she could have.

“Single supper” and “double supper” have no meaning in the rest of Scotland.

Curry sauce would be more normal in Scotland. But no idea in Orkney.

White puddings are veggie, but the dripping would be an issue A lot of chippers have a seperate fryer for folk with allergies though afaik
