Some chavster in a Union Jack hat with his girlfriend and six kids in tow will light a spliff, casually toss the match into the torch then walk off, shouting at the kids as he goes.

The Red Arrows will airdrop the torch carrier, who then chutes carefully over the cauldron, igniting the flame. And possibly himself

Didn't I read they're not allowing the Red Arrows at the opening ceremony?
