You'll need a vpn to access any uk betting sites . The Portuguese betting site I occasionally use for football doesnt cover UK racing. Paddy Power, William Hill , Ladbrokes all show the race if you bet min £5 I think.

I think the minimum bet is £1 to view. But with Paddy Power you don't have to pay anything to watch UK and Irish racing, just be logged into your account.
