Home Exchange - E8 to SE4 Brockley

I think you've done the right thing. I cycled through Brockley the other day and thought how pleasant it was. Having said which, Hackney is a lot flatter for cycling :p

Plenty of time to get everything packed then.

I am pretty much packed already as I moved to where I am now at the beginning of February and have purposely not unpacked all/stopped myself nesting! :D I will literally be sitting on my hands for the next month and a half praying nothing goes wrong.

I've lived in both, Brockley wins hands down for me, got a bit of an arty community vibe going on there too. Anywhere in the conservation area is the place to live if you can afford it.

Hi all,

Please tell me about Brockley. :hmm:

The property on offer looks lovely but I don't know anything about the area.

It's on a road leading up to Hilly fields Park, nice and leafy etc but please tell me moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D

Would you live there? If not why not? If yes, WHY?

Thanks in advance.

So you in now ?

Hows is SE4 ?:)
