Have y'got a Dyson?

We are on our second Dyson. This one is now about 11 years old and it still does the job it's supposed to do. I rarely use it though because I really enjoy sweeping floors and rugs with a long handled brush. I find sweeping really satisfying.

I know everyone says they are overpriced and over-rated.

But I want to get a stick type one like this, and there don't seem to be many alternatives.

I had a conventional upright Dyson a while ago, which I actually got off freecycle so can't be accused of unwise spending. But I was reasonably impressed with it. It worked, and also, it seemed quite easy to get replacement parts and easy to replace them.

Don't tell me to get a Henry - it needs to be cordless, and convenient for stairs and various small spaces. Small capacity doesn't matter because it's for a fairly small flat.

Got one as wife hated the upright we had as it was too heavy it works fine needs emptying sooner than the old one as irritating when the charge runs out halfway through the hoovering though can probably do the house a couple of times before charging.
