The Crown on All Saints St was excellent, as was the Fisherman's Arms on the sea front.
At first I thought that was a great idea to stop unnecessary plastic waste but the execution was awful. Queued for 5 minutes in the bar towards the end to return it and she looked offended that I was asking for the refund. Luckily made it back outside just in time for the equaliser. Definitely wouldn't bother next time.At the ground they had a crap system for returnable pint glasses, extra £2 on top of your pint and you got £1 back at the end. Rip off.
And the glass said "this beer was brewed a mile from the ground" except they were selling Brixton pale ale, brewed a mile from our ground, not theirs.
That's worse than selling pints of (presumably UK brewed) 4% lager for £6 at Champion Hill.At the ground they had a crap system for returnable pint glasses, extra £2 on top of your pint and you got £1 back at the end. Rip off.

Quite a roar there for the second equaliser. This video is a good example of why covered ends improves the acoustics!
