Gav’s constant belittling of players has shattered their confidence no wonder we are in free fall, not once has he come out and said we will turn this around I believe in the quality of the squad and we will do whatever it takes! Ultimately the manager has to take responsibility. The teacher can’t keep blaming the pupils for poor results he must look at himself and his methods.

You've become a perennial Gavin basher, and so be it, but there are better players than ours in every team we play every week. We've got a good team for the Isthmian League but not much more than that. Maybe we just got too used to that particular status quo.

Didn't go today but it sounded 'dreadfool'. When a team lacks confidence the players stop passing and moving. When you pass forward, you sometimes need to continue your run in order to take the defenders away from the player with the ball. Apologies for stating the obvious.

I've been reluctant up till now to say this, but after the past 10 matches or so, Gavin is out of his depth as are several of our players. Why pick Erskine ahead of Dipo? Why bring him on after 80 minutes? Can ash pass to any of our players? Quade isn't a right back so why play him there?
