I was going to say Four Lions must be older, but looks it was 2010, so I suppose it qualifies.Ones I've seen and enjoyed (and remembered):
Amy, The Death of Stalin, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Gravity, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Martian, Stan & Ollie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Toy Stories 3&4, True Grit, What We Do in the Shadows, Under the Skin, Attack the Block, Source Code, Super 8, Dredd, World War Z, Interstellar, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Deadpool, Four Lions, Trollhunter, The Cabin in the Woods, Color Out of Space, It 1&2,
Feels older but i saw someone else put it in their list and i'd forgotten it, so i added it.I was going to say Four Lions must be older, but looks it was 2010, so I suppose it qualifies.
I treated them as separate entities but yeah, compared to the book it were't great, but i still mostly enjoyed it - though not the endling.Hated World War Z as it was such a disapointment after reading the book.

I liked it. I think films that deal with overcoming racism are a hard sell, and can sometimes have a schmaltzy feeling. Green Book, however, is a convergence of several themes on race, class, and sexual orientation; furthermore, I was convinced by the friendship of the two men, it didn't feel forced.Have heard polarising reactions to Green Book, is it worth watching?
Very exhaustive, but a few on there I have never even come across: Snowpiercer, God Bless America amongst others
Watched this at the cinema. Great documentary; powerful on so many levels.Dreams Of A Life - 2011
