always thought of you as something of a roundheadOn the bright side 2016 is less than a month away and I'm going home by train.
I shall have a far less cavalier attitude when my winterval train is cancelled and I'm on some unheated replacement coach trying to get to or from the old country.
yeh but if we do that explicitly then there'll be an outcry. if we hide it behind 'structural faults' and so on then it can proceed quite nicely. If we shut off the Tay and Kincardine Bridges and build a big wall from Stirling to Perth we could cut off the Kingdom completely.
its an odd one, did a structural survey a decade back and it was fucked, hence they came up with the Queen Elizabeth the First (or Second) Third Forth bridge, then while they building that a second survey found the original bridge to be ok. I think the first survey had a differant reason for it being fucked. Odd it took 3 surveys to find this problem, just in time to make people relieved the QE1234 is nearly ready.
thats miles away, upstream near falkirkIt's the Queen Elizabeth the First or Second Third or Fifth Forth road bridge. Or to give it its full name the Queen Elizabeth the First or Second Third or Fifth Firth of Forth road bridge.
apparently there is another road bridge further along somewhere.
