One of the first on my radar for when asking "who is she, what does she do, why is she mentioned" you fail to get a good answer.

Isn't that a bit contradictory?

'The case shouldn't have been brought in the first place', yet, the case was brought, and a guilty verdict returned.

You go on to say 'the CofA shouldn't have allowed the new evidence that led to the second'. Yet, without the new evidence, a man whom you felt shouldn't have been on trial in the first place, continues to be a convicted rapist.

I struggle to see the logic in that.

It is not fair game. It is utter and contemptible hypocrisy.

Belboid and I have agreed to disagree on this so I'm not going to kick it all off again. It's too emotive to discuss rationally on here, and personally upsetting for several posters.
 
who to hate more -

posh lass, knows the royals, massive gear monster, but otherwise pleasant,

vs

guy who is born in poverty, zero privilege, beats his wife senseless every now and then, and is a cunt to his kids

which one is more worthy of scorn?

if the guy died would you be more sad than if the TPT-type woman died?

Nah, it's traditional when celebs conk out. Will there be a horse drawn carriage at the funeral? Evens.
