Where do you download the apps from?

You can still install Google stuff if you want to. Or use the FDroid app store I suppose.

This uses Murena's app store by default.

It looks like it comes with it's own app store called App Lounge, that accesses the Google play store via an API so you can still download all the usual apps but without signing in to Google. You do have to sign in if you want to purchase an app though.
