there isn't *really* a "camp sensible" by the way people, so don't expect it to be any more than what it was last year - just a few people who weren't camped with the rest of the urban crew. and if too many people join this so-called "camp sensible" we might beak away from it in the night :hmm:

Last 2 times, camp unsensible has been up against the access clearway by the fence on the right hand side as you look up the camping field hill.

Don't worry we won't try and join your camp sensible! I know it's not *really* sensible. If the whole purpose is to hide from the rest of camp urban ;) then I apologise for publicising your plans....:D

ah yes ok, I remember where that was last time, will come and say hello then :)

:( iz it cos I iz new?

Tbh, I get the impression that surely no one will be very far away from anyone's tent, so it really doesn't matter too much where we camp?

are they quite cool about lots of tents round vehicles?

and when are you
getting there?

They've never ever said anything about it before :) Last year we must've had about 5 tents around our van. I think this year we'll have about the same.

We're leaving london at 10 (to miss the rush hour), meeting chums in a supermarket car-park just outside salisbury any time after 1 (or as soon as we can get there) aiming to get there for 1.30ish but it'll probably be later than that. If you fancy meeting us in the supermarket carpark and driving in convo then drop us a txt :)

nail on head. I'm just being a divvy and trying to engage in inane meaningless chat. I'm off work sick and bored. :D

Oh. I hope I don't end up camped next to you by accident :(

We don't need quiet, he's survived two festival already without incident, and we take him out and about for the evenings anyway. Its just I don't want to be all alone in FC stuck looking at a sleeping child all night, when I could camp with other people and talk to the succession of stumbling fools who stagger back and forth from the arena. The mornings we either gag him or take him away from camp.

But it completely depends on what TP and the foal want to do.

Anyway camp sensible last year was anything but.

This will be the only opportunity this summer for us to see some people and it would be nice to be near them.

Sorry madz :(

I'm assuming crew camping is winnebago's, hot showers, a la carte catering, dwarves with platters of gak on their heads etc etc? Jefe?

Probably just pitch up there I reckon in that case  screw you Camp Sensible and your fear of immigrants. RACISTS!

Well, given that the map on their website is still from 2006, this is as good as it gets :p

Me, Jan, Editor, Eme, BiddlyBee, Capitain Rubbish, Kal, my bro and 3 other non-urban chums. Possibly Moose and Mr Moose and Stig and Rich (plus their enormo-posse) if we can find them.

We might come and join the car park massive if they're cool with lots of tents round vans.
