Classic! :D:D:D But if you stare at it for too long you start wondering whose nipples you're looking at!

So.

No real suprises so far on the bill, (Goldblade :D:mad::rolleyes::D - they're an emotional rollercoaster, with topless shouting) not that it matters that much who plays 'cos it's a nice festival and such but...
I am dead pleased to see The Beat on there though, I've seen Roger's current version of the band at Glastonbury in recent years and they're ace and I've been playing the first two albums a lot lately - they're genius.

No doubt some saga or other will result in me missing them :D

The Beat are insanely brilliant, one of my favourite bands ... well ever, really

Dreadzone are back -- in case some of you missed this ... :)

The Inner Terrestrials have self confirmed for Endorse It on their own website

I claim some credit for suggesting them ... :p

 I really really must go now coz The beat are there (i loves them) - i just dont want to having a bloody domestic there again  tiz putting me off getting some tickets.

oh i don't know, i'm sure i heard the distant strains of the Charleston from tent number three last year

that's Dub at the piano

Is there? I don't remember hearing a beat of techno all weekend last time...

Oh. I remember sitting up till silly o'clock waiting for hartnoll, while the sound guy played back to back reggae ( "Where is this guy? Call himself a professional? oh well, here's more of this, I know what I like." ), but never actually heard any. I'll pay attention this time :)

There was Eat Static, Paul (or Phil?) Hartnoll and lots of other DJs on the 2nd stage

It was Phil. I was treated to Eat Static as I sat outside the Wig On Casino and they provided exactly what you'd expect from them ie a load of utter wank

God, no. They only stick the dance acts on as a sop to the 'kids' - Pronghorn don't have any truck with that sort of new-fangled nonsense ;)

It would be nice if they mixed it up a little more this year. Not that I am complaining - but would be nice to have a few other wild cards thrown in.

Not sure how much that will happen. I think (and Flounder may correct me) that it largely reflects the tastes of the promoters, that they keep to areas they know about. This may mean it lacks certain types of acts, but I like it because it gives the festy a real identity of its own. Most of the other festies this size tend to be very hippy oriented, whereas Endorse It majors on a lot of things you don't usually find in a field - rockabilly, punk and the like.

Yeh, that's one thing I'd probably cut down on :)
Good ska is ace, bad / comedy ska sets my teeth on edge.
