I spent all morning choosing mine, then finding cheap places, then discovering they were all out of stock or took 10 days delivery.

I don't think blacks are that bad, their sales are good. My huge tent was in the half price sale £100 but it is massive and beautiful and will hopefully last ages. Depends how often you camp and stuff I suppose but mine was well worth the money.

Cheapest at blacks with a comfortable size for 2 people is £70 .

Sales aside I just find blacks sells to people who are buying into a dream not functionality. So they charge them through the nose. the stuff is no doubt good quality but the non blacks branded stuff you can get much cheaper elsewhere.

As my flatmate discovered at Glade, pop-up tents are suprisingly hard to put up and ridiculously hard to put down. And an awkward shape to carry. I don't get the point of them
