Egyptocracy: It is unbelievably loud in Heliopolis. This is much much much bigger than #Jan25.

Hundreds round the corner.

From the same news source linked to above:

18:50 Prominent activist Nawara Negm speaks to Ahram Online, describing today’s protests as bigger than those of 25 January 2011. She believes they are even bigger than the 28 January 2011 protests against ousted president Hosni Mubarak, because these were mainly concentrated in the capital, while today they are all over Egypt. She compares it to the day when Mubarak was forced to step down on 11 February 2011.

From what I'm reading on the net this appraisal could well be accurate

Provocations, don't know (if true) : bombs/shots at protesters in Beni Sweif.

Unsurprising same thing as yesterday from the Islamists probably they have a strong base in these heavily ex-rural towns like Beni Sweif, Behira, Fahyoum,

eg only recently

The Isalmists in the town of al-Wasta in Beni Sweif, some 100km south of Cairo, were behind a decision by Beni Sweif governor Maher Beibars for the educational department to issue a decision to segregate boys and girls in all the various educational stages, starting with kindergarten. The move illustrates the ground gained by Islamists in Beni Sweif. A school in the village of Atfa cancelled, on its own, Music classes.
Both incidents come only a few days after Islamists pressured Mr Beibars to move Sharbat Taha Hassaan from her position as head of the local government unit of the village of Eshment to an administrative post. They insisted they would have no woman in charge of their affairs.

You assassinated him, You executed him, We won't allow it for him.

As with all fascists, these Islamists always the victims unable to count up the hundreds they have bombed, stabbed and shot in Egypt over the years.

They have taken and are chucking shit out that place -victory to us!

Edit: no they haven't. They are chucking grenades down. Game over. All DEAD.

The Tamarods have much of the unemployed youth with them - apparently they are the Molotovers.

Also the Morsi government unlike Turkey's one isn't settled enough to have given substantial benefits to the fringe Salafi nationalist ultras who aren't diving into crowds or defending MB party offices.
