Easy smash cake

I've offered to make a smash cake for a first birthday but don't really know what I'm doing

Any suggestions? It needs to be sugar free/hea;thy. Baby loves mangos which are on special offer at Aldi this week so would like to incorporate somehow.

A smash cake is usually: small ish, soft, colourful...

Thought I had all the ingredients but then realised I only have plain flour. And don't have the proper sort of cake tin. Will pull something together later.

I made my boy a cake out of a few layers of pancakes with mashed fruit, berries and cream in between the layers for his first birthday. Was sugar free and looked and tasted festive enough.
