Just seen that Billericay have parted ways with Kevin Watson and Mark Hughes just four days before we play them. Will be interesting to see how they react to it

The club has got the admission numbers very wrong today. It’s uncomfortable, overcrowded and just a horrible experience.
It's why I decided not to go. I just don't enjoy being at Champion Hill when the crowds get that big.

Although more fans = more revenue = more secure future for the club, there has to come a point where the actual match day experience becomes more important.

Evening,
I normally stay well clear of responding to posts on here. However, I feel this is the perfect opportunity to make a point.

I have never said that any one of my my posts are planned to solve a problem. I aim to raise an important issue and get people talking about it.

Whether you agree or disagree with Gavin’s involvement with the club, the important point is that this campaign is designed to get people talking about an important issue. We’re not saying Gavin should be sacked, however singing in sports arenas and writing posts aimed at encouraging him should be stopped. Whether there is 3300 at a football ground or not, people should still not sing loudly at football matches.

This weekend we’re trying to raise awareness that some people struggle with tactics and motivation. Shouldn’t we be doing everything we can to help them leave or better manage the club?

To be fair, this result alone means the campaign has already been a success.
You’re talking about it, thinking about it and arguing about it. It’s music to my ears - thank you!

Hundreds turned away today - sure we could have had 5,000 plus
Stadium record today 3,334

but that success in pulling in support should not detract from a woeful performance, yes Hamlet were the dominate side, and Ricay's goals from two very poor defensive mistakes, but bottom line is , yet again failed to convert dominance into goals

The minutes applause for Duncan Chapman was impeccably observed - the main reason for attending today was honouring his memory

Crowd did make it uncomfortable today and bar queues were terrible but think the ground can deal with those numbers just about. Didn’t change ends at half time & in the 2nd half behind our goal there was tons of room.

If people stay of the hatched out areas it would be a ton better & if they can speed up drink serving somehow. Getting a drink in the 2nd half was easy, I guess everyone’s veered up by then.

Any ideas why today was super busy? Nice weather? Billericay?
