on a lovely warm summer's day it may be - though she was coming from the direction of town.

I saw someone from work heading to the bike shed in waterproof trousers on Friday...

I may have saved someone a nasty accident the other day - or perhaps just a trashed derailleur / hanger. Their pannier straps were trailing on the ground when they weren't flicking back towards the rear wheel.
I wish I had been videoing at the time - she had a 12 pack of bog rolls on the back, and I mentioned that when I shouted to her, but I had to actually get alongside before she would take any notice of me.
