It occurred to me the other day that whenever someone calls something chaotic by using the word Anarchy then they're actually using the word wrongly. Is that correct?

Gosh. Well, an-archy means “without rulers”, so it’s a political judgement that “without rulers” is the same as chaos. They may think it stands to reason, but they aren’t actually presenting an argument.

Well, it's a fair bit over that, so they were right to doubt. Currently reading Ian Allinson's Workers Can Win, which has a cute cartoon demonstrating the incorrect use of the book as a projectile, but that's a far flimsier object, you could probably actually do a fair bit of damage flinging this one though. Just as well it's not in hardback.
