(Cheap, secure) suggestion boxes

I've started working for a mental health charity. I need to buy some suggestion boxes that will sit on flat surface, that are secure (lockable), not transparent, and er not too expensive.

I think we'll need half a dozen, but need to clarify. The cheapest (suitable) that I could find so far are £27, but even this is beyond budget.

Any ideas?

Already have, and not much use for someone with limited access to/confidence with IT, and would make giving feedback anonymously more difficult of course.
