Well I wasn't expecting that! I thought I could spend days or any amount of time wondering what to say or how to put things or when or not to introduce the subject of AI (it would be interesting to talk about it in general with my ex just to have a conversation like we used to). I overthink things, a million and one things can be racing through my head at any one moment and hardly ever stops 
Anyway, I just took the plunge as thought it's now or never and messaged my ex and to my surprise it didn't take long and she replied. Just 'hello, how have you been?' atm.
I'm curious to know what she thinks of AI in general amongst a million and one other things and also the impact it is having and could still have on the world. We'll see how it goes.
I think my opinion of AI has soured today and since this afternoon, I know it is here to stay and an indication of the times we are in though. I do worry slightly about the impact it will have, if it's for good then great but what if the effect is negative on those who can't handle it correctly?
