Can someone "fix" this (emotionally significant) photo for me?

Epona

Radar 2006-2020, Sonic 2006-2022, Jakey 2007-2024
I have decided this is the photo of Jakey (my recently deceased cat) that I want to print out and put in a frame, I'd just like the keyboard and desk and all the shit in the background (we live in a mess, not a photography studio) to be blurred a bit or in some way made less visible, but without looking artificial.
I don't need it changed, I'd just like the keyboard, monitor stand, and beer can :hmm: to be less obvious.

If anyone could do something about it for me, I'd be very grateful. I don't know whether it is possible while still keeping all his whiskers and the tiny fringe of hairs at the edge of his ears visible.
It is a photo I took myself and belongs to me so there are no issues about ownership/copyright.

I can email the photo if it gets compressed posting it on the boards, PM me if that works better. Many thanks for any help.

Great job. I wish I had some basic skills to do this.

There's a bunch of groups on Facebook I'm a member of for this sort of thing. So many kind people able to fix photos of loved ones, colourize, correct, remove unwanted people etc.

That's a beautiful picture of Jakey even without the editing. I'm sorry he's passed, Epona. Looks like you got the right help you needed to edit the background. I was going to attempt the same thing. neonwilderness - you rock for attempting the Photoshop AI bit. His ear looks like it was always there!

DaveCinzano was kind enough to do some editing for our Christmas card this year, everyone loved it. I was/am so grateful.

Really pleased for you Epona you have a few choices here.
