Yup the freehold of the shop, which theoretically will be forever leased out…. or I get bankrupted by business rates on an empty shop

What it does do is allow me to control my flat upstairs and no one can come along and fuck me over with lease renewal, pony service charges etc. as a plus it should give me some ongoing rental income
