They are that arsehole from Twitter with a similar name that rants like a mad man during the summer months in the lead up to, during and after the festivals are on. I can only assume they are now posting on here because they have blocked anyone that disagrees with them on Twitter, and given the season, no one is paying them much attention. Best ignored I reckon.

Not insignificant. 1650 votes at a local election is frequently sufficient to win candidates a seat at Council.
I’m sure when you win one of the 63 places on the council, Lambeth will be hanging on your every word - just look at Tim brigg’s subtle leadership for inspiration.

Social media is awash with idiots claiming relevance by having lots of 'followers', i suspect most of the ones in your case are there to observe and laugh at you.
You are quite a useful idiot though. Being such a figurehead on social media with all things Brockwell Park means you are actually doing a terrible job at 'defending the 'park' from music events, due to your flippant comments and petulant outbursts. So please do crack on, you've got 1650 followers to entertain, after all.

I've had a quiet moment, so just read the unconstitutional BPA proposed 'constitution' which is what my small child would call 'mentalcakes'.
What normally happens on Twitter is that account will react to something happening, like when the guardian cycling journalist dared to suggest that Lambeth had the right balance between events and funding the park but will then descend quickly into personal insults normally by reading the bio of whoever has dared challenge the account.
