This is absolute spot on and chimes with my own experience of being a 'content creator' for thirty years:

The algorithm fed this to me yesterday, and I think it has a much wider relevance than just YouTube videos or 'creative' work. I've always like Marques Brownlee for his reviews, but I think he's such a great speaker and presenter and seems to have good general insight that he should do more in this format. His one on Apple's marketing technique of giving every feature a new name was interesting, too.
