I've done a bit of a search myself but i still haven't found a definitive list of legalized countries.

It's not entirely legal in portugal but very small amounts of just about anything for percy are legal.
Den Haag's quite nice, quite cultured, switzerland is the real gourmet's secret playground.
Oh, and amsterdam has bog all in it but draw, whores and van Gogh. The great secret of nederland is that it's probably the most conservative, christian country in europe, but they'll put up with anything if there's a few quid in it. A running joke in nederlander gay circles is that there's only one gay man in holland and everyone else is paid by the tourist board to turn up at pride. If you've spent any time in the countryside you'll know that amsterdam is completely unrepresentitive of the country as a whole.

There are cannabis cafes here in Vancouver. We get tons of young american tourists who come up and marvel at the liberation of it all.
Go to Jamaica, I used to go quite alot as my mum lives there. It's illegal but I seen policemen stop and buy joints at the local road side shop 
You can get about a bin bag full for maybe about 20-30 quid
And the coke is dead cheep there, I used to pay about 150 quid for 14g
If you go try to get a chep flight and stay at guest houses, avoid the big hotels as they are usally all inclusive deals so you don't reall put much money into the local community.

I don't think Queensland was ever cool with dope. In South Australia you can grow a few plants, and hell is it a good climate for doing so. My sister had some monster plants when she lived in Adelaide. A wee bit far to go for a smoke, I guess.
Easy to score in South Africa, just ask one of the parking dudes. I handed one guy about 100 rand (£10) and he came back with an ounce of Durban poison.

Anyone know owt about Luxembourg and Belgium? I know they've weakened the penalties and tolerate small amounts of percy but does this yield anything concrete?

There are government "bhang" shops in India. Or at least there were 8 years ago when I was there. In Rajasthan, specifically.
Had a bhang lassi. Felt nothing. Had another - lost the rest of the day in a haze of giggles and stupidness. I really must go back.

I tried those a few times in Jaisalmer and I reckon the dude was slipping something else into the bhang lassis. He was always a bit furtive when preparing them, and I kept on blacking out and waking up with various concerned locals looking down at me, offering me a cuppa. Maybe I was just a wuss but it didn't feel like any other preparation I've had of hash/weed. Stuck to the sublime charas after that.

On a side note if you smoke weed/carris in India find a nice friendly baba to chill with, I was told the police can't/won't arrest them. Don't know how true it is but I used to chill with this mad holyman, and I always keep the charris under his little rug.

It's all gone to shit there unfortunately, pusher street has been demolished and the atmosphere has turned rather sour. There's still loads of draw rattling round, but police involvement and unsavoury visitors have made the place a bit like the tail end of the traveller rennaisance.
Oh, and if you're intending to take drugs in the developing world (and I strongly reccomend that you don't), don't fuck about with the police. if something goes off and people start leaving then run like fuck whether you've done something wrong or not - in many places (like india) being in the wrong place at the wrong time is enough to send you down. If things seem wrong, they probably are, so get the fuck out. They'll have no hesitation to sell you drugs then nick you. If you do get arrested you can probably bribe your way out, usually with some elaborate ritual face-saving on the part of the copper involved. Unless advised otherwise, always pay bribes. Being British will not help you.

Fuck me, it was huge, sticky and fair winking at me.Couple of mates of mine were on the train down to Goa (why do people bother?) and the whole train was stopped and every single tourist was searched. They got busted with a small amount of hash and ended up paying a load of cash to get out of detention. At least you can pay to get out, anyway.
