As many of you might know, my background is in working for bookmakers and casinos. For the last 4 years I have been working on a new product as I think I have found a gap in the market.
6 months ago I got a business partner and we are pushing for funding to bring what we think is the definitive assistant for sportsbetting. It will be a phone app.
Here's what we have.
-Guaranteed best odds pulled from the bookmakers feeds and only showing the best odds for a certain result
-Live in play stats (pass completion rate, tackles made, shots on/off target etc) for both teams and individual players
- Historical stats (Man Utd are unbeaten in their last 5 games at home in the FA Cup, when Stewart Downing has scored or assisted Liverpool have never lost
- Twitter thermometer (essentially a program that analyses twitter for a sportsman and then take that info and displays it in a graphical form
- Automatic opening of 15 bookmaker accounts from one signup (to make sure that we can pull in the guaranteed best odds
- A single wallet so that you dont have to fund the above 15 bookmakers and only have to fund one single account - all your bets come out and go into this account, from which you can then withdraw to wherever you want
- A 2 touch bet placement system.
So. Good people of Urbs, what have I missed and would you use it? Its open ended and we will start with UK football, before bringing in the feeds for more sports and more companies.
Essentially what we want to do is give you the information to make your bet better and also allow you to get the guaranteed best odds quickly and place a bet on what you want to bet on in seconds.
