Implications not clear to me, also I think the buy out may be stopped by monopoly laws Serato has been bought by AlphaTheta (Pioneer DJ)

How the fuck do you get Virtual DJ to launch?
I've just installed it on my laptop and every log in I try - Facebook, GMail etc - opens up a browser window to tell me that I can now close the window, only to return to this screen and a perpetual spinning wheel of nothingness.
Assistance appreciated!
(I'm running it on a Windows laptop, with no extra firewall/anti virus gubbins)

And after 15 mins of trying, as soon as I posted the above, I was able to log in!
While I'm here and I've stopped moaning are there any great tips to share? I'm only looking to use it at the most basic level for now (i.e. here's a song, fade it out, and here's the next one!).
