i'm bringing some sturdy secateurs or wire cutters for the removal of fucking tankards from belts.

You know what, I really don't remember seeing tankards in the previous years.

Maybe it was just because I wasn't looking for them.

*contemplates packing one*

*remembers doesn't own one*

:D

Weather looking acceptable, maybe even better than that.

Metcheck for Exeter -- looking quite dampish for some of Friday, otherwise OK especially Saturday :)

And they all think that leaving London at 4 (so we will really leave at 6) is bad!
:p

We're calculating 3 hours drive from SW Wales, will it take 4 to 5 hours from London?

We'll have set up our tent before you're in, at that rate ..... but safe journey anyway! :)

It takes easily 4-5 hours with stops for wees and food and stuff.
I like to be out of London while the roads are still clear too.

I've just bought a mobile broadband usb stick so we can run a small internet cafe in the campervan field.

we're leaving from Chiswick (where Pieface works) and routeplanner reckons just over 3 hours... i think we're going to just blast straight down there cos we can't leave till 5.30 as it is.

we'regoing tomorrow, taking all day to drive down there, and going to some gig in exeter where hobo jones are playing. No idea where we're going to sleep though, dodgy layby probably.

Van got back from Amsterdam last night, so I've spent the afternoon clearing out the detritus

We haven't decided whether we're going straight on to Shambala, so having to pack for two festivals, which is beginning to do my head in. With luck we'll be on site and set up by this time tomorrow.

It's likely I'll be working 4 pm Friday, but maybe I'll meet some of you this time :D
