I'm no expert on basketball, but the USA did seem to have more dimensions than the Chinese, who either relied on Yao or went for three-pointers, and didn't cover the breaks when the Americans came back at them.
I did like the dunk I think Lebron James did in the first or second quarter where he slammed the ball through the hoop, hung from it and kicked the ball as it fell.
It must have been around or gone midnight in Beijing, but I presume they scheduled it for then to serve the European and North American viewers. I imagine they'll do the same with the baseball too.

So Im watching the 'Americans' in white thinking, 'Cool! they have massively tall Asian girls on the team'.
