Half Man Half Biscuit's probably an obvious one:

One I just found is James Ray
(He was in The Sisterhood with Andrew Eldrich and did some gothy/industrial-type stuff in various solo guises. Slightly variable output but if you think you're into that sort of thing Youtube Mexico Sundown Blues).

For the record, I don't condone downloading new stuff for free when you could be paying for it, but I reckon it's fair game if a band themselves puts old stuff online for free, or is happy for a fan to do so.

Only to stream, not to download. Loads of bands stream their albums on Bandcamp these days...
