To be fair that is nothing whatsoever to do with race and more to do with importing athletes just to compete for \GB which is a vaild argument.t is however a bit rich of the Mail to be making that point as they campaigned for Zola Budd to get a UK passport!

I think gold last night was a bit of a bonus really, 5k is his stronger event.
If its not a dirty word, then the true legacy of this Olympics will hopefully be the number of kids who look at these games and think they want to take up sport, and hopefully with Ennis and Mo being the poster girl/boy then maybe just maybe the bigger legacy may just be a change in attitude towards the issue of race in this country. I may just be an idealist dreamer tho!

there was a great little documentary just before the olympics started with Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis and others... the picture it painted is they are all at it, its all about the latest drugs technology and ways to take things without getting caught. Ben got caught.
