Tomatoes are good (and as far as I know aren't a significant source of uric acid, rich in potassium and other odd stuff

Avoid - pulses, spinach, asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms, meat (you're a veggie so no problem there...)

Check with doctor

Suspect he'll tell you to avoid booze though

haha, believe me, I've just come out of a relationship with a boss 10 times worse.. I wouldn't have been allowed to even train once a week if I was still living with her.. still love her to bits though

No, I'm very lucky! And very happy. Especially since she's never ever got in the way of football (she even came to see Weston-super-Mare and Everton on total 4 occasions this year!) and never demanded (until the season was over) that I did anything but play on a Saturday.
