AI + Zoom: a warning to all users!

My colleauge had a zoom meeting last night - it now has AI integrated.

At the end of the meeting AI did a full summary of everything discussed including a bullet points of actions. Does it very thoroughly.
This summary was sent to the Zoom account owner by email.

Warning 1, be careful what you say because even if its "not for the minutes" the account holder will read about it

Warning 2, if you arrive at the meeting late you can ask the AI if your name has been mentioned. It can then summarise what has been said about you without you being there. Nuff said why that could be awkward!

Microsoft Teams has had that feature for a while.

Fortunately meeting organisers can disable it.

Even worse, not only will it summarise meetings it will also suggest questions for participants to ask. And, no doubt, suggest answers to those questions.

Logical conclusion is that soon we'll be able to leave the AI to have meetings by itself and let us know the outcome of those meetings.

We've left it well alone where I work...
