Before anyone drops their monocle in shock and disgust, there is no thread of this nature in the Xmas forum already, so no pogofishing has occurred. Such thread belongs here anyway.
Please recommend me any interesting Xmas radio and TV material- certainly lower profile or one-off stuff. I don’t need to be reminded there’s Dr Who Xmas special coming- you’d have to live under a rock not to know already.
I’ll get the ball rolling with a suggestion of my own: BBC Radio 4 will broadcast a two-part radio adaptation of The Princess Bride. First instalment at 15.15 on the big day itself:
