Umm. Not sure you get to speak for all of us. You are entitled to your own views of course, but my feminism is inclusive of my trans sisters, and when I talk, and have talked about feminism, it is from a position of inclusivity.
That's very true, but here's the problem with that as a 'Feminism for all women' thing - Feminism (in the career sense) has undoubtedly worked (to whatever degree you might think) for middle class women, but if it's only really worked for middle class women, and had little impact for working...
I certainly think there needs to be discussions early on about gender roles. Never thought about teaching feminism - it would be a hard thing to get on the curriculum unfortunately as no one would be able to agree on what sort of feminism to teach! But I'd say discuss roles, I'd say teach...
These are assumptions and that is all. I came here to find feminists and those interested in feminism.
I'm sorry the tran debate has ruined friendships and caused a schism on these boards and I would rather stay out of it.
I am sure there are people on the GC camp who view trans people in a way that I personally think is transphobic, case in point, someone called Miranda Yardley who appeared on a debate about this on these boards nearly a decade ago. She is a transwoman who argued then (and this is from memory so...

(also, bugger off used in a friendly context here and not an aggressive one, just to be clear :D)

It is the oppression of women because of their reproductive capacity that underpins...

Feminism for the 99% also got alluded to by someone on one of the other threads, but you wouldn't have noticed without following the link. I've not read it yet, but was really impressed by a talk one of the authors Tithi Bhattacharya gave last year.
