Probably but the consequences of it failing are catastrophic so I wouldn't risk it.Whaddya reckon? It's about 5 miles to my garage.
Failing that, how about half a mile so I can get recovered for free?!

Fucksake.
If it's for the alternator, then all that will happen is that you will get some warning light, and after a few minutes of draining your battery, you'll have no power.
Only fan belts. Definitely not for cam belts.Isn't "use a pair of tights" traditional for car belts of all descriptions?
I was going to say the same, the teeth are in the wrong orientation for a timing belt.It isn't a cam belt. It's a poly v for the alternator, and maybe the water pump.
It'll probably last.
