Which Memory Card for Motorola Moto e30 phone?

I am very very confused about memory cards.
The manual for the Moto e30 says micro SD memory card up to 256 Gb is accepted.
However when I look to try to buy a micro SD card there are microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC, and I can't work out which one I need.
I don't understand enough about mobile tech to work this out without assistance.

So the HC and XC are high capacity and Exteme capicty. According to the moto site your phone will take upto 1TB. So any SDXC smaller than that or any SDHC or SD card. In reality any SD card less than 1TB
