What is the French equivalent of The Ordnance Survey?

I'm off to France for a week later in the year.

A quiet cottage in a quiet part - me and a mate are planning some running/cycling etc around the immediate area. What would really help is a decent map. Is there a French OS type website where I can get one ordered/printed that covers the area around where I'm staying? It's not a very touristy area so I'm not having much luck finding an off the shelf map.

yup Michelin. also les Routiers do stuff, but like food based , but worthwhile if you plan on eating out and dont want shitty burgers every night

Read The Discovery Of France by Graeme Robb!
It tells you about the early map makers of France - fascinating stuff! The locals didn't approve of cartographers and even shot a couple.
