Just checked other thread. It was something that already sold

A full pot of Lambeth ware came up in the mud a while back.
It sold...are you ready for this...£40,000.​

Where did you get / find the original old photo?

The womens' hats and the taxis (although quite blurred, even on the other thread) look slightly more 1920s than 30s. Could of course be early 30s.

It is somewhat amazing that what is now "the Rose" appears to be the only bit of the south bank visible in that picture that is still around today.
