Western Mail recently ran a series of articles for Welsh History Month some of which try to challenge long held orthodoxies. As you'd imagine of variable quality but some are quite good and worth checking out -

I read some of them. They were OK. Just some random people's versions of the past. Thought the exercise itself was quite conservative. I'd rather have read a bunch of articles on how to improve or invigorate contemporary Welsh culture.
