Hi.Im very confused and would like someone to claryfy what I should do.ABout 18 years ago I got a nine month sentence for stealing from my employer.Its a spent conviction but I headthe American immigration take no notice of this.l got my esta back approvedand ticked no to all questions .Also I hear they fingerprint you two so would that flag up my details to.please can someone give me advice .

Thanks I think I will take a chance and not declare it.l have parkinsons so I will be getting special assistance so I suppose I will through immigration quicker

New York immigration aren't exactly known for letting anyone go through quicker. Hope you aren't flying there.
