Seen on the platform doors on the Jubilee Line recently. They appear to be on the inside of the door and don't look like they can be opened from the platform.

It looks like a handle for opening the door.

If you press it do you hear a 'ding', and a sign lights up at the front of the cabin, saying "Train Stopping"?

ID guess if the train stopped at the station and the tube doors opened but the safety dooes didnt you could open them from the trackside?
