Also; a smallish ball peine / engineer's hammer with that moniker as a nickname.

(Mate has a very large lump hammer named "toffee smasher" - does that count ?)

In the 80s you could buy little trays of toffee from Thornton's (I think), and it came with a toffee hammer.
