To frock or not to frock?

Frock over leggings and the boots. Cardigan on top, plus ideally, a biker jacket.

frock, leggings, hiking boots is my standard workwear and pubwear. no fucks are given about whether hiking boots look alright with the swing dress, cause anything is going to look better than the sight of me going arse over tit on the slippery and uneven pavements.
