TikTok 'star' crashes wedding photographer’s shoot

What a fucking arrogant twat.

So a couple was having their wedding shoot with their professional photographer. Photographer Alex Stemplewski, who’s a big TikTok star, barges in and asks if he can shoot portraits of the couple. Here’s the TikTok video

A photographer and TikTok star is catching criticism after posting a video of himself crashing a wedding photographer’s photo shoot with a bride and groom, asking the couple to take time out of their session to pose for him instead.

San Francisco-based photographer Alex Stemplewski, who has 188,000+ followers on Instagram and 6.9 million+ followers on TikTok, just shared a full behind-the-scenes clip, saying he received “a lot of heat” for his original share and that he wanted to share more of what happened to let the public decide if what he did was wrong or not

So the set up...a tiktok wannabe photographing sensation  Goes up to a couple already being photographed to ask if he can photograph them too...not one cunt mentions the fact he has his own camera crew following him around filming the whole thing? I can't care about something that looks so set up and nothing more than 'Hey, how to be a self promoting arsehole and steal work' kind of thing.

But where are the photos he took? Are they any good?

If I were their photographer I would have told him to fuck off.

If I were them I would have told him to fuck off too.
Me too. What an arrogant twat. I suspect the actual lone photographer and the couple felt intimidated by the celebrity 'influencer' dick and his film crew jumping on them, and felt they had to say yes. I've taken loads of wedding photos as the 'official' snapper and it can be awkward/embarrassing to tell a friend/guest with a big camera to back off when you're trying to do your job. Sometimes you're not sure if they're also got some official role too - maybe that's what happened in the confusion surrounding this case.

The pictures I saw from this wedding ambush are very average and filter-tastic but TikTwat thinks they're fantastic, obvs.

What’s the problem? He politely asked them if they’d like his service, for free, in a public place. They agreed. He did his thing under the time he agreed, and was respectful about the photographer on the job. They have free photos. They also have their official photos. Their official photographer got paid.

You really can't see why an official photographer might be pissed off by some self declared, self important influencer charging into his workplace with a film crew in tow and pressuring him and the couple to appear on his wankfest 'celebrity' channel?

I can see why he might be pissed off but big deal?

Sorry Edie, I like your work on other threads, but in this I think you have fundamentally misunderstood the bedrock of any kind of civilisation - that anyone with celebrity, or influencer in their job title, or who has their own channel on YouBook or whatever it's called, should immediately be dragged out in the street and be strung from a lampost by their own entrails.

And then shot.

And then burnt.

And then shot again.

And then fired at the sun with a trebuchet.

These are the rules upon which any society is built upon.

I can see why he might be pissed off about it, but he clearly wasn't :that: pissed off as he shaded the guy's camera to look at the pics with his clients.

Pretty restrained response there kebabking

What else do you expect him to do? A lot of people haven't got the confidence to tell super-confident 'personalities' with a film crew in tow to fuck off when they've interrupted him during his work and started smooth-talking the couple.

It's the same attitude that sees ' influencers' expecting free meals and free accomodation in hotels, simply because some brain dead cunts on youtube don't have a life of their own, and 'follow' them.
Entitled cunts, thinking they can just stick their cameras in anyone's face, and those influencer types are even worse!

So by chance he found two, young, pretty girls who agreed to be photographed. Sounds a bit unlikely.

But the fact that he used the dreadful circumstances in the US so cynically to self promote speaks very badly of him and his understanding of BLM.
