I didn't think I was going to like this game, got it for pretty much nothing on a steam sale and remembered I got it over the weekend.

Its got odd mechanics in that its 1/2 way to an ARPG but its not quite there, its all on a grid so moving is between the squares and its not free looking like you would with a mouse.

What I like about this system is that it allows some very devious puzzles indeed. its rare that a game totally stumps me for ages. It's also pretty damn hard when things attack too.

Highly recommended for people who like their games devious and tough but not Demon Souls tough.

You do the sidle left trick when you're fighting don't you?

I liked it but I never get on with those puzzles where you throw a stone on a pressure pad and then run across a pit before it opens.

It's an updated dungeon master. Used to be loads of games like that.
