Statistic Lambeth Waiting List - There is something wrong

Hi everyone, I am as many out there on the lambeth waiting list. Personally on Band C2, considering that im homeless and been redundant for the company i was working for i can say I am quite fortunate. I am on the list for 2 years now, and I have noticed something really weird:

In the past Year from December 2014 to January 2016 Lambeth has advertised 120 property for ONLY SINGLE applicant, is not much right? Making a average count of person bidding for those property ( I repeat ONLY FOR SINGLE applicant, studio flat) is around 190 person per property.
It juts don't make sense to me, someone got an interesting theory about this???

No more of an interesting theory for that than a missing explanation of why the empty council flats on Crosby Walk have been bricked up (yes really, no anti squattter shutters used there for 16 years now.

Yes the subsidence needed fixing, and would have been costly, but it would still have been cheaper to fix those flats and put tenants in them than to keep people on the housing list, renting privately or in temporary accommodation.

yeah i know its so ridiculous the whole situation of empty flats, but anyway this Choice Based Lettings is really annoying and in 6 months time the supply will meet the demand for property only for single person. They forcing people to live a shitty life waiting for a miracle while they could house all of them in 1 year time!!!!!
