Sourdough starters and recipes

About two months into baking with sourdough...my culture is still alive and going strong! So pleased....I've been keeping my starter at 300g but just cut it right down to 10g to avoid using oodles of flour. Out of interest I wondered what weight people keep of their starter?

Also just discovered an incredible link that I thought I would share, the sourdough cinnamon and chocolate bread is a revelation!! Naughty!! Going to try the crumpets too soon.....

Does anyone else have any favourite sourdough recipes to share??
 
I've started keeping a very small one in the fridge, as I don't have time to bake regularly and am trying to eat less bread. Takes a bit longer as have to feed it up first, but there is less waste.
