It's a guitar band, I think British but could be American. Sort of indie style I think. It's an affirmative song about a young person's self-confidence. The music video features someone going to a house party, maybe starting off introverted and/or ignored but ending up having a good time. Maybe it's from around 2003-2005, but it was popular long after that in the 2010s.
